Chooniez Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

* Rates are for single‑parcel shipments up to 5 lbs. Heavier or multi‑parcel orders may incur additional charges.
† Qualifying subtotal excludes taxes and discounts.
‡ International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country (see Section 5 below).

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at customerservice@chooniez.com.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  1. Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

  2. Link to Carrier’s Site where you can monitor delivery status in real time.

If you don’t see your tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, please reach out.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in shipping charges.

  • Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery estimates above, factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume seasons) may impact transit times. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please email us at customerservice@chooniez.com with your order number.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, first check around your delivery area (porch, garage, neighbors). If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll initiate a carrier investigation.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the package and damaged goods to customerservice@chooniez.com  within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days; we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product promptly.
